It can be so frustrating in these times in the real estate market. We see so many homeowners trying for months on end to secure loan modifications, only to be told in the end that they are not going to be finalized. We then turn to doing a short sale, signing up for months of frustration there too. There are bright spots, though, and today is a day where I’m reminded that they exist. After many months in escrow, we got a short sale approval today from a particularly difficult lender. YEAH! It does happen! So, we keep at it, not giving up just because we’ve turned so many calendar pages since the contract was inked. When success comes, it makes all the frustration worth it.
